Yes – they’ve got instruments you’d expect like violins, oboes, trombones and cellos – but they’ve also got saxophones, singers and even a drum kit. The result is a rich, colourful and energetic sound – perfect for pop anthems and songs which just have to be sung at the top of your voice!

The players, with their love of music, all share the same connection – Chris. Whether a friend, peer, colleague or teacher, each member of the orchestra has shared the stage with Chris at some point in his career, and this orchestra is his hand-picked selection of some of the best players around. This means the orchestra is a bit like a family, and all are exceptional musicians in their own right.
